Transaction Fees

Detailed information about fees for deposits and withdrawals in our cryptocurrency payment gateway.

Fee Structure

Fees consist of two components: processing fee and network fee.

Processing Fee

Depends on the merchant's business model and monthly turnover. Automatically deducted from each payment received on the merchant's balance and always paid by the merchant.

  • Standard rate: 0.5% of transaction amount
  • For volumes over $500,000/month: individual terms

Network Fee

Blockchain network commission, included by default in the client's payment and used to cover transaction expenses within the processing system (from system wallet to storage).

Important: Network fee amount is dynamic and depends on network complexity and congestion. Exact amounts spent on network fees can be checked in your personal account.
